FUNCTION ROOM
For functions, we recommend
utilising of our unique 'Celestial Room'
which overlooks bush and valley views in a
tranquil and peaceful setting. The
'Celestial Room can cater for up to 40 attendees
for cocktail function or seated on 4 round tables
of 10. Exclusive small meetings
(AGM's) can be held in the 'Celestial Room'
with U-Shape conference or
board table configurations for up to
14 or theatre style for max 40.
Max. 16 dynamic (for dance, yoga, etc). For no additional
fee, the room's facilities include a heated
floor slab (carpeted), reverse cycle airconditioner,
80cm LCD TV (for powerpoint
presentation), whiteboard. flip chart, stereo system,
chairs, 2 massage tables, meditation
cushions, overhead projector, projector screen, table tennis
table & accessories (further hire
equipment available at cost). Additional options available
(adventure, team building, wine-tastings, balloon
flights, etc.)

Room Hire = $500 per day + catering. (excludes
/Fri/Sat/Sun)

Conference Meeting Price = $240 per
person per each 24 hr period (min. 8) includes

DINING/CATERING
Our chef will tempt your tastebuds
utilising local produce. Your host,
Mark, will happily 'wine talk' and help you select
an aged local or interestate wine of distinction
from his cellar to compliment your lovingly
prepared meal. With comfortable chairs
and 'chat' - lingering at the Dining table is a regular occurrence. Ask
us about our 'gormet lunch
baskets' as we endeavour to meet any catering
request. Breakfasts/Dinners are served in our dining area
overlooking bush and valley
views

FULLY LICENCED VENUE
- Amarant Retreat is a fully licenced venue
and BYO is not permitted. Amarant has an
extensive wine cellar with a great range of local and
interstate wines. Requested boutique
beers can be stocked by prior
arrangement.
BOOKING:
SOLE
OCCUPANCY: $500 deposit
required to reserve each date
allotment.
Room
DEPOSIT: $100 per suite.
A cancellation
fee of 25% of deposit is retained for all electronic
bookings.
Deposit is non-refundable if booking
cancelled, however, 75% deposit will be refunded if dates booked are taken up
by similar booking.
Account
is payable on arrival by cash, cheque or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Amex) or in advance if paid by
direct bank transfer (please ask for
details).

NOTE:
All staying at Amarant
are requested to include warm clothing (during
cooler months), inside & outside footwear. Full
bed linen, towels and basic toiletries
