Amarant has a separate meetings and functions area, namely the ‘Celestial Room’ which can accommodate for numbers up to 25 (seated seminar style or meditation group), 14 U-Shaped conference set-up or 16 for groups that incorporate dynamic activities such as body-work, massage, dance or yoga. The ‘Celestial Room’ has air conditioning and concrete slab floor heating with large windows overlooking the surrounding forest making it an ideal setting for such group activities. The Celestial Room contains tables, chairs, whiteboard & stand, flip-chart, stereo sound equipment, 2 massage tables and meditation cushions.

Amarant has a large lounge area and conversation pits which can be utilized as a reading/discussion area or break out areas and a dining room which can cater for seated dining up to 16 or buffet style up to 25.

Catering can be arranged, however the tariff is dependent on numbers attending and services required. Conference options (at additional cost) can include relaxing massage, team building, adventure activities, wine tastings on site or wine tours, balloon flights, or day spa activities at nearby 'Piaf Salon Day Spa'.
